• Is service available? - So long as you send your reservation 48 hours in advance we will almost certainly have a vehicle available for London Airport and all Cruise transfers.
  
  
• What size/type of vehicle do we need? - Cars in the UK are smaller and have less space for baggage than those in North America.
  Mercedes-Benz E-Class saloon/sedan cars will carry 1-3 passengers +2 medium size pieces of baggage +2 small personal handcarry bags (not rollaboards).
  Mercedes-Benz Viano Full size luxury passenger vans will carry 1-7 passengers +8 large size cases +6 small personal handcarry bags.
  
  If there will be more cases or if they are extra large or unusual dimensions then please contact us with your requirements as we do have access to larger vehicles. If there is any doubt whether your baggage will fit then please send an inquiry with requirements and we will advise. It is not acceptable to put baggage on seats for safety reasons and potential damage to the leather upholstery.
